As a Liaison Officer, you will be part of the friendly team representing London Band Week. You will be the main point of contact for the participating marching bands, helping them navigate their schedules, performances, and activities across London. From the moment they arrive to the moment they leave; your goal is to make sure they have an unforgettable experience.

The Head Liaison Officer is a key leadership role within the Liaison Team. You will oversee a team of Liaison Officers, ensuring they deliver exceptional support to the participating marching bands while maintaining the smooth operation of daily activities. Acting as the primary point of contact between the Liaison Team and the marching bands' Directors, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the festival.

As a Manager you will support the festival by managing key operational tasks, including accommodation, and event logistics. You will collaborate closely with Liaison Officers and other team members, ensuring seamless coordination and addressing any logistical challenges that arise. This is a vital role for someone who enjoys creating order and takes pride in making large-scale events run like clockwork.
